Hilda Restu Utami

Hilda Restu Utami graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada with a Cum Laude predicate, majoring in Business Law. While in college, she actively participated in internal moot court competition and dedicated herself to a social organization focused on community development. Hilda also excel in legal research and writing as evidenced by her role as a co-author in a law journal published by Veritas et Justitia Journal, a reputable national legal publication. She has completed the Advocate Professional Education Program (PKPA) at FHP Law School on 2022.

Prior joining ASNP Law Office, Hilda gained practical experience through internships at two prestigious national law firms and a government bank. These experiences equipped her with valuable insights into various aspects of the legal profession. At ASNP, she has played a pivotal role in assisting numerous international clients. She handled and assisted several projects such as Initial Public Offering (IPO), foreign and local company establishment, corporate restructuring, acquisitions, and providing advisory services for national and international clients.
